Proxie
Proxies are pitch-stuffed walking bombs. Send one at anything -- unit or building -- and it runs in and detonates: full force on the mark, a searing splash all around.
Proxies
Proxies are pitch-stuffed walking bombs. Send one at anything — unit or building — and it runs in and detonates: full force on the mark, and a searing splash all around. The pitch spares nobody, friend or foe. A Proxie can also walk itself into a Proxie Plopper to be lobbed as living artillery. Proxies require a Printworks.
A direct hit of 140 one-shots line infantry (a Pikeman has 130 health) — the whole point of walking a bomb in. The splash is indiscriminate: it damages friend and foe, units and buildings alike.
Abilities
- Detonate — Blow the Proxie where it stands: the full blast, splash and all, friend and foe alike. Frees its fold slot. Cooldown: none.
Strategy
Proxies are cheap, disposable demolition. Rush them into a tight enemy formation or a key building and let the direct hit and splash do the work — but keep them clear of your own troops, since the blast hits everything. Manual Detonate lets you trigger the explosion the instant it is surrounded, even if it never reaches its ordered target. Pair them with a Proxie Plopper to hurl them over walls, rivers, and fog.
