Units Overview

In Warigami, all units are crafted from folded paper and brought to life on the battlefield. Each unit belongs to one of three categories: Command, Combat, or Worker.

👑

Prime

The Prime is your master-folded general -- an origami commander that flings folded darts from range and folds structures at double speed. If the Prime falls, the war is lost.

📄

Pupils

Pupils are basic folded infantry -- cheap, brave, and best in numbers. They are the first combat unit available, and they can also fold structures.

🗡️

Proteges

Proteges are Pupils who have mastered the fold -- veteran duelists and elite folders able to fold everything the Prime can, including advanced structures and troops.

🔱

Pikeman

The Pikeman is a defensive specialist with a long paper pike, reinforced with raw Pencilcore. Its reach makes it ideal for holding choke points and countering fast units.

🏹

Pelter

The Pelter hurls folded darts from a distance, weighted with Pitch. Fragile but deadly when protected behind a melee line.

🩹

Patcher

The Patcher is a support folder that patches torn allies back together. Steeped in Pitch, it keeps your front line alive through prolonged fights.

🥷

Prowler

The Prowler is a whisper of paper -- it flattens to an invisible sheet when not striking, and enemies see it only up close. Ideal for scouting, raiding, and flanking.

☠️

Plaguebearer

The Plaguebearer is a hooded fold soaked in corrosive pitch. It lobs long-range poison planes that slow their mark and can unleash a spreading Pestilence.

💣

Proxies

Proxies are pitch-stuffed walking bombs. Send one at anything -- unit or building -- and it runs in and detonates: full force on the mark, a searing splash all around.

🎇

Proxie Plopper

The Proxie Plopper is a mobile paper cannon. It loads Proxie kits at the Printworks and lobs walking bombs over walls, rivers, and fog.

✂️

Paper Pickers

Paper Pickers harvest raw Paper from Paper Pylons. In desperate times they can scratch Pencilcore from the Pits -- slowly. They cannot fight or fold.

⛏️

Prospectors

Prospectors mine raw Pencilcore from Pencilcore Pits and Pitch from Pitch Pools -- the specialist gatherers behind your advanced economy.

📦

Paper Pushers

Paper Pushers are the logistics fold. They convoy refined Parchment -- and Pencilcore -- between buildings to keep your production lines stocked.

🛡

Paladin

The Paladin is a heavily armored front-line fold who can raise the Aegis Shield -- a paper ring that shelters his honour guard while it soaks the punishment.

Plane

The Plane is a fast paper flier that strafes air and ground alike in two-shot bursts, then returns to a Port to reload once its attack runs are spent.

🚁

Pelican

The Pelican is an unarmed paper transport that carries up to six Paratroopers, circles its Port ready to deploy, and drops them onto any open ground on command.

🪂

Paratrooper

The Paratrooper is an elite airborne fold -- it fires at ground targets while parachuting in, then draws a sword on landing. A dropped squad can end a game.

🎈

Prop Popper

The Prop Popper is a hovering propeller-bomb that guards a spot in the air, auto-detonating on any enemy -- air or ground -- that wanders into its blast.

🔥

Pyro

The Pyro hurls fire that burns over time and spreads from body to body by touch -- a powerful, pricey answer to massed enemy formations.

🧯

Paster

The Paster is the firefighter of your army -- it seeks out burning allies and buildings and smothers the flames with Pyro-Proof Paste.

🦜

Parrot

The Parrot is a wild paper flier you do not build -- a Perch draws in a pair of them, and they swoop down on air and ground intruders to defend the roost.

Pulverizer

The Pulverizer is a wheeled paper-shredder -- the apex melee fold, grinding units and buildings to confetti with massive damage and a huge health pool.

🏍

Pursuer

The Pursuer is a sleek paper outrider on a folded motorbike -- a very fast melee jouster that lances through its target and wheels around for another pass.
