The Prime is your master-folded general — an origami commander that flings folded darts from range and folds structures at double speed. Every player begins the game with one Prime, and it cannot be rebuilt: if the Prime falls, the war is lost.
Abilities
- Inspire — Nearby allies attack 25% faster for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 40s.
- Fold Shift — The Prime refolds himself a short distance ahead. Cooldown: 25s. (Requires Paper Prowess research.)
- Part Out — Unfold one of your own units or buildings back to flat sheets, reclaiming half its materials. The Prime carries the raw home (the weight slows him) while refined parts drop for Paper Pushers to cart back. Never the Palace, never a Prime. Cooldown: 10s.
Strategy
The Prime doubles as a ranged attacker and your fastest folder, so it is central to both your economy and your army. Keep it safe in the early game while it folds your opening structures, and bring it forward in fights where Inspire can accelerate a whole engagement.
Fold Shift can save the Prime from an assassination attempt once you have researched Paper Prowess, but mind the cooldown. Position the Prime behind your front line — close enough for Inspire, out of direct danger.
