The Patternworks prints elite Pattern kits — flat-packs of creased paper and materials that folders raise into soldiers anywhere. Paper Pushers convoy raw Pencilcore into it (alongside refined Parchment), so its kits draw Pencilcore straight from delivered stock.

The Patternworks prints kits for:
- Pikeman
- Pelter
- Patcher
- Protege
- Prowler
- Plaguebearer
It stocks up to 12 Parchment and 40 Pencilcore delivered by Paper Pushers, and needs 5 Parchment on hand to finish construction. Advanced patterns — Protege, Prowler, and Plaguebearer — only open for design once you have built a Printworks, which holds their master plates.
Strategy
The Patternworks is the heart of your army production. Build it as soon as your Paper Press is scribing Parchment. Keep Pushers running Pencilcore and Parchment to it so kits never stall. Queue a mix of units based on your opponent, and consider a second Patternworks to print different unit types simultaneously.
